SR20 Turbo 02 Housing

Check out the latest creation from the TurboFX lab! This is a stock replacement j-pipe/o2 housing/exhaust elbow for FWD turbo SR20 setups. Your wondering what it does aren’t you…well read on my friend. Next time you get a chance, take a look at the stock elbow. You will find that cast piece dumps the waste gate flow right into the turbine flow from the get go. It then necks down while being forced to make a super tight 120 deg. bend before finding its way to the rest of the exhaust system. Ideally the waste gate flow should separated from the turbine discharge flow. This increases turbine efficiency which results in more power per PSI of boost! That is exactly what we designed the SR20 Turbo 02 Housing for, more power!

      • Key Design Features:

  • 2.25 in. tubing used for turbine discharge flow which transitions to 2.5 in. at the 3 bolt flange.
  • 1.5 in. tubing used for the waste gate flow.
  • Purged and TIG welded on Miller welders.
  • Thick machined flanges for a leak free sealing surface.

      • Installability:

  • Awesome turbine housing hardware clearance! No need for special tools here.
  • Plenty of space between the A/C compressor and alternator.
  • Bolts up to your existing down pipe.
